We are excited to announce the 2nd Annual Four Lakes Canada Day Celebrations and Dock Decorating Contest, bringing together residents from Peninsula Lake, Mary Lake, Fairy Lake, and Lake Vernon for a fun and welcoming community celebration.

This year’s event celebrates not only Canada Day, but also the friendships, traditions, and diverse backgrounds that make our lake communities so special. Whether you go all out or keep it simple, we hope you’ll join in the fun and help create a festive atmosphere around the lakes.

✅ Decorate your dock on Saturday, July 4th – Canada Day spirit and community pride are encouraged
📝 No advance registration required
📷 Submit 1–2 photos of your decorated dock by the end of the day on July 5, along with your name and contact information
📌 Submission of photos implies permission for the lake associations to use your name and photos for contest and promotional purposes

🏅 Judging
Each lake association will select its top two entries, which will automatically move on to the friendly Four Lakes Finale.

The overall Four Lakes winner will receive:
🎭 Two tickets to a 2026 Huntsville Festival of the Arts performance
⭐ A 2027 “Friend of the Festival” membership
🛍️ A $100 Main Street Local gift certificate
